Elton John Adds Cardiff & Glasgow To 2011 UK Summer Tour & Tickets
Sir Elton John, the multi-million album selling superstar, has announced that he and his band are to play more shows in summer 2011. An additional date has been confirmed for Cardiff 's CIA on Wednesday 8th June 2011 and Glasgow SECC on Friday 10th June 2011, adding to the already confirmed trio of outdoor shows.

Fans Snap Up 1m Take That Tickets In Record Time
Take That ticket fever swept the nation yesterday when tickets for the bands Progress Live 2011 UK Summer Stadium tour went on sale, and sold out in record time. A record breaking one million tickets were snapped up for the tour, meaning the band have smashed their own previous box office record set in 2008 with the previous Take That tour 'The Circus Live'.

It’s been some fourteen years (if you include Disco Citizens tracks) since Nick Bracegirdle arrived as the ‘God of the Ibiza anthem’. Some records are of their time and stay there, some somehow form a bedrock in musical consciousness, ‘Offshore’ certainly has done that: millions would have heard the track and most likely not know who it was by; as with other Chicane tracks, their usage as incidental tunes on TV around the world is phenomenal: ‘No Ordinary Morning’ as the theme tune to a soap opera in the Philippines!
